Can This Morning Routine Lead to a Better Life?
Why is this morning different than others? Because for the first time in 5 years, I went to bed early (10:30PM).
I am creating a new routine for myself, one where I go to sleep early and rise with the sun.
This routine should help me gain more self-discipline, leading to increased productivity and happiness.
Here's a breakdown of my new morning routine:
- 5:30AM: Wake up.
- Take care of hygiene, drink coffee, eat breakfast.
- Meditate for 10 minutes to increase concentration.
- Walk around my neighborhood for 10 minutes to feel fresh and excited for the day.
- Check email, watch classic Simpsons clips to loosen up.
- 7:00AM - 9:00AM: Work on my blog without distractions.
- Take a 30 minute break to recharge my willpower.
- 9:30AM - Noon: Focus on securing copywriting gigs and sharpening skills by reading books and completing writing exercises.
The main goal of the routine is to increase concentration and reduce distraction when working on meaningful tasks.
Personal benefits should include learning new material in less time and producing high quality content at a faster pace.
